Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail every once in a while, leave your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all money, credit cards and checks out of the casino. Only take whatever money you expect to use on drinks, tipping and few dollars you expect to throw away and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a drunken evening out with your buddies and be blessed enough to hook a long toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and bet. The two just do not go well together.

Leaving your money out of the casino might be a little bit dramatic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you play to win, then don’t consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to burn your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the no charge booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your bombed brain loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this a single step more. do not consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to wager in your favorite internet casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my condo, however since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.

How come? Although I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it’s certainly sufficient to blur my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for an awful, and costly, drink.
