The Catfish Bend river boat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slots, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa riverboat gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is available all day and night, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slot machines, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. river based gambling hall in Clinton, has 506 slot machines, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday vingt-et-un events.
Iowa casinos offer a great amount of tax money to the government of Iowa, which has allowed the budgeting of many state wide activities. Tourism has grown at a rapid percentage accompanied with the request for services and an increase in working people.
